what I've been up to...

Sorry I missed the meeting.

Since our last meeting have played with clay a bit. I'm making a doll and I'm trying to decide if I want him have a cloth body or not.

My trip to San Francisco was fantastic. I learned Bobbin Lace, Tatting and Needle Lace. Mostly I've been tatting because its portable. I just got my Bobbin Lace Pillow, so I made one motif, which I will applique onto a bag or shirt.

After San Francisco, I want to Houston Tx, visited some family and enjoyed the nearly 80˚ weather. Visited some cool museums and got a taste of Tx life.

And Last weekend, I went to Lancaster Pa. to the WARP annual meeting, which was great. I'm writing a post about it for my blog, so more on that soon. But it looks like I have some great resources / subjects to do a fiber related documentary, which is an idea I've been toying with for a long time.
