オープンしてからずっと行きたかった北村シェフの新しいお店。
「Alla Goccia」
本格的イタリアンのお店です。
淀屋橋と本町の真ん中ぐらいにお店はあります。
お店は建物の2階で1階に大きな玄関があるので分かりやすいですね!
お店に入ると落ち着いたシックな感じのする開けた広いフロア。
綺麗な色のついた窓ガラスが印象的です♪
テーブル席、カウンター席、半個室があります。
この日はコースでのお食事。
久しぶりの北村シェフのお料理が楽しみで仕方ありません!
■Stuzzichino
お洒落な器に入った生ハムです。
口当たりも良くあっとゆう間に完食!
さらに石のお皿に串にさされたアンティパストが3つ登場です。
■冷前菜
トマト、鮪、リコッタチーズ、甘海老、キャビア
丸い透明のお洒落な器に入っての登場!
下にはレンズ豆がしきつめられワクワクする一品。
素敵~!目でも楽しめます!
■温前菜
ホロホロ鶏、マルサラ、ポルチーニ、ジロール、ピエドブルー
■Primo Piatto
米、マナカツオ、バジル
リゾットです!お米にはバジルペーストが絡み、ボイルされたカツオはホクホク!
■Primo Piatto
キタッラ、トマト、ペコリーノ、玉ねぎ、グアンチャーレ
パスタはお店で作る自家製麺!断面が四角のキタッラはモチモチでパスタの具が良く絡みます。
■Secondo Piatto
メインお料理です!!
なにわ黒牛、芋、薫香、赤ワインソース、サマートリュフ
物凄く柔らかいなにわ黒牛!火入れの加減が絶妙で赤ワインのソースがよくお肉の味を引き立てます!
■Dolce
■Caffe:数種のドリンクより一品 小菓子
一品一品丁寧に作られていて、どのお料理も驚きと美しさがあります。
さすが北村シェフのお料理です。
