日本焼肉という他ではなかなかないジャンル。
表参道駅からちょっと離れ閑静な場所にある隠れ家的なお店。
地下に降りると焼肉屋さんとは思えない高級感ある和なイメージ。
素敵なカウンターもあります。
この日はゆっくりと食事をしたいお相手でしたので個室をお願いしていました。
個室もとても素敵な落ち着いた空間。有名な左官職人さんが手掛けているそうで、建築に携わったことがある彼はこの壁は凄いと感心していました。
お食事はコース。
グリンピースのすり流しから始まり、胃を温めながら食物繊維を摂り血糖値の上昇を防ぐという身体のことも良く考えられたコースです。
最初は和なお料理が続きます。
この日は旬の筍を使用したお料理が多かった印象。サラダもいただいて野菜をしっかりと摂取したらいよいよお肉です。
黒毛和牛の牛タンや極上ハラミ、松坂牛のとうがらし、雪降り和牛ざぶとん、雪降り和牛らんぷと贅沢なお肉たち。
お肉だけでなくお魚料理もいくつか。
〆の和牛の握りはウニやイクラも乗っていて豪華。
コースのお肉も素晴らしかったので、ユッケはないかお尋ねするとあるというのでコースとは別に注文しました。
これがまた美味しくて。
デザートは抹茶とソフトクリーム。
焼肉で抹茶が飲めるとは凄いね。そしてこのソフトクリームがまた美味しすぎちゃって。
最初から最後までいろんな意味で驚きと感動と。
とても若いスタッフさんの接客も素晴らしく、ちゃんと教育されてるんだなって思いました。
また何かの記念日で利用したいなと思いました。
