今日は、なかじさんにおじゃましました。
なかじさんの魅力は料理に合う珍しい日本酒が
沢山あることです。
料理はお造り、鮨、揚げ物、焼き物と
何でもあります。
まずは造りの盛り合わせからです。
鮪の熟成具合も良く赤身、中トロ、大トロと
全て旨いです。
続いて宮崎地鶏の炙りです。
柚子胡椒の爽やかな辛みがヒレ酒に良く合います。
そして、おすすめの松坂牛コロッケです。
松坂牛の甘味が口の中で広がります。(^-^)
他にも色々食べましたがどれもお酒に良く合い
旨いです。
