久しぶりにお邪魔しました和牛懐石但馬屋さん。
初めていただいたのは7~8年前の東三国さんでのことでした。
その時の感動が忘れられず、それ以来、お肉といえば但馬屋さん。
こちらの梅田店さんは、ちょっと変わった懐石焼肉で、メニューが決まっています。
ほぼ個室で、他のお客様と顔を合わさなくても大丈夫なところもうれしいです。
今月は、ひとくちスプーン栗ともも肉のタルタルから始まり
大好きなみぞれ焼き
サラダには梨が使われていて、いつも新しい「美味しい」をくださいます。
今回のステーキは、シャトーブリアンで。
柔らかさはもちろん、とっても甘くって一口噛んだだけで
お口の中にじゅわ~っととろける美味しさです☆
いつ行っても満足させてくださいますね。
