会社の近くに、昨年2010年12月オープンしたお好み焼。
広島県内では、犬も歩けばお好み屋にあたるほど、そこら辺にあるので、新規出店には、特に気にもしませんでした。ある日、同僚が利用して、えらい気に入ったようで、昼に訪問してみました。
店主が、20代??とにかく爽やかな良い男。
広島で有名なロペズで修行されたようだ。ちなみに私は行った事が無い。
気さくに話しかけて印象が良し。
生地を延ばして、キャベツにモヤシ、卵は双子を使っているそうで、麺は、あの磯野製麺。
特に印象的なのは、手が込んでいるので、出来上がりに時間がかかる。
特に、野菜を蒸らす時間が一番長い。しかし食べるとキャベツの甘みを直に感じる事が出きる。
さらに生地と麺がカリカリな触感。
青唐辛子のハラペーニョの辛味と、お好み焼の旨みの競演。
ロペズは利用したことがないけど、良い店なのだろうなと思った。
それからは、最低1ヶ月に一度は利用しなければ気がすまないほど、MASARUのファンになりました。
時間など気にされる場合は、訪問前に注文して行く事をオススメします。
