2〜3本と焼酎を少々飲んで帰るつもりが、食べ出すと止まらず一通り食べる
ここの焼き鳥は、素材の持ち味を十二分に楽しめる焼き加減と味付け
ジャズを聴きながら、日本酒を2本空けて席を立つ

何度と無く家族でお邪魔していたのですが、食べログを始めた頃に
B型人妻が鳥料理があまり好きじゃない発言が発端でご無沙汰しておりました。
今宵は美味い焼き鳥が食べたい気分が盛り上がって、お店に電話をするとカウンターが空いているとの事。
外観は会員制のバーを思わせる構えで、少し入りづらい感じです。
店内は薄暗く、でも天井が高くて蔵をイメージする造りになっています。
静か目のジャズが流れていて、お洒落で落ち着いた空間を提供しています。
先ずは中瓶ビール(500円)とお通しのエシャレットをつまみながらメニューを眺めます。
盛り合わせと言う意見が左脳からあったものの、右脳はお好みにしろよと違う指示が飛びます。
結果、お好みにして6串を頼みました。
味付けを尋ねられましたが、マスターのお薦めでお願いしました。

この中でも「レバ」はフワッとした風合いで、甘味の多い味わいは絶品です。
全体的に薄目の味付けは素材そのものを楽しんで欲しいのだと想像します。
お酒は、辛口の「浦霞」(600円)を合わせました。
サイドで「海老とアボカドのタルタル」(700円)と「銀だらの西京焼き」を追加して
初めて飲む、きりっとした焼酎「海からの贈り物」(700円)を楽しみました。
最後は「生卵かけ御飯」(500円)で締めました。
お代は、4,900円也です。
