金沢滞在の最終日に何を食べようかな~と食べログサーチ。直前で予約するのもどうかと思い、駅ナカで良さそうなお店を探してみることに。みつ川の鮨も良さそうと思いつつ、今回は応援したい加賀屋を利用することにしました。駅ナカだけあってノドグロ丼のようなサク飯もあるのですが、帰るだけで時間があったので、せっかくということでフルコースを。と言っても7k程度なのでどうよ?とは思いましたが、物は試しということで。
先付に時雨煮。郷土料理かな。味が強めに決まっていて美味しいです。お酒は燗酒。寒い日が続くせいか、燗つけすぎじゃね?というくらい激熱の燗。いい感じにアルコールが飛んで、飲みやすくて美味しいです。先付はチーズと柿、蟹真丈、ゴリの佃煮、五郎島金時のレモン煮、海老の芝煮、鯛の手毬寿司。どれも芸コマで美味しいです。お造りは鯛と鰤。鯛の熟成は上手ですし、何と言ってもこの時期のブリは何度食べても美味しい!幽庵焼きはやや強めの火入れでどうかなあと思いましたが、サワラ自体の旨味が強いので、これはこれでお酒によく合って美味しいです。石川っぽくコースに治部煮を入れてくれていて、赤味噌ベースの椀は無難に美味しいです。これを食べて感じたのは、ひょっとして金沢の味噌ラーメンは、ここから派生してるのでは・・・?とか。鰻入り蓮根団子・・・また芸コマな・・・。正統派日本料理の体を崩さないところがさすがな感じです。これも美味しい。油物はフグの唐揚げ。口当たりは鶏からとほぼ同じで、美味しいです。酢の物にズワイガニ。ちゃんとカニを出してくれて、旅行客大歓喜です。食事はじゃこご飯。お代わり自由とのことですが、これはちょっと手抜き感・・・。お酒を飲まない人なら、この白飯をフグの唐揚げで食べたいと思う・・・。水菓子はフルーツとブラウニー。このフルーツ、全部フレッシュフルーツで、加賀屋のプライドを感じます。駅ナカだし、缶詰かと思ったのに。すごい。
思った以上に本気度が高くて驚きました。新幹線待ちで食事するなら、ぜひおすすめです。
