美味しい河豚が食べたい‼︎…と、検索…。
久しぶりの法善寺横丁の老舗『法善寺 浅草』を、予約して伺いました。
関西で三年河豚と言えば淡路島のイメージなんですが、こちらは九州・長崎の三年河豚でしっかり大きく育ったものを使用されているそうです。
お正月の名残ある前菜と白味噌強めの粕汁…優しく温まるお椀です♪
大好物のてっさ…今日は3枚まとめて取っちゃいます♡薄くても歯応えあり、もっちり甘い。捌いて一日寝かせているから、この甘みが出るそうです。
皮湯引き…この食感が好き。冬は厚みもありますね♪
追加で白子…塩と醤油焼きで、こちらも立派。外は香ばしく、中はトロトロッ…堪りません。
メインのてっちり…野菜は控えめで、しっかり河豚を楽しませてくれます。中居さんが、ベストな状態を取り分けてくれます。ポン酢の酸味がきつくなく、河豚の味がしっかり味わえます♡美味しい♡
〆の雑炊…良え出汁が出てます。ほんの少しのお塩で十分!満足ぅ〜(*'▽'*)
窓から法善寺の灯りを眺めながら、美味しく河豚をいただけて、良かった♡
