田町から5時44分の電車に乗って鎌倉へ
7時開店のヨリドコロさんの朝食を食べに来ました
11月の下旬だったので開店前の行列組は3組
注文したのは、私は朝食のさば干物定食、家内はあじ干物定食。それに、お目当てのこだわり卵
まずすぐ来るのは、こだわり卵
これを白身と黄身に分けて、ミニホイッパーを使って自分で白身をメレンゲ状にする儀式が待っています。
これが、意外と難しい、苦戦していると店員さんが色々とコツを教えてくれますが、それでも難しい
最後には、腕が痛くなって来ます(笑)
そうこうしているうちに、定食が運ばれて来ます
定食は、干物、ご飯、味噌汁、お漬物
もちろん干物は焼き加減、塩加減も完璧
そしてフワフワで美味しい
魚好きな人と言うか、日本人なら絶対大好きな干物
味噌汁は上品な感じですがコクも感じられ、具材の大根が美味しかった
さて、苦労したメレンゲですが
まず、そのメレンゲをご飯の上に乗せて
黄身が入るスペースを確保してから黄身を乗せる
そして、スタンダードな正油と甘めの正油の2種類を楽しみながら頂きます
今まで食べたことのない食べ方に感動です
普段食べているTKGと全く食感が違います
これ、ありですね
お会計の時には、店員さんと少しお話ができ
『気を付けていってらっしゃい』と気持ちが良い言葉をかけて頂き、ヨリドコロさんのお陰で良い1日になりそうです。
