A local, conscientious yakitori Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that specializes in fried chicken♪・・・
Food and Content: I was suddenly invited to visit this restaurant by a friend who lives nearby. The daily changing menu is fun and great. The owner says that he has put a lot of effort into adding more a la carte dishes. It was very cold that day, so I started with oden. Daikon radish, egg, tendon and deep-fried tofu are the standard. Then there is yakitori, pork belly, chicken skin sauce, chicken neck, heart, cheese rolls, etc. The cheese rolls are a cute little size but they melt just right. Fried food recommended by this restaurant are fried chicken, chikuwa no seaweed tempura and lotus root sandwich deep fried. We also added clam butter and pistachios. The clam butter has a strong, rich flavour and was pretty good. We were having a great time chatting with our friend and forgot about the snacks and photography. We ordered another bottle of potato shochu! (lol) Visited in September 2010: Summary: They've only just opened (newly opened in September 2010) They want to make improvements and innovations while changing and expanding the menu They want to become a restaurant that is familiar and loved by the locals And, according to the restaurant's policy, they want families with children to feel free to come visit They have a down-to-earth, Showa-era atmosphere (lol) Yakitori is the main dish, and they also have a la carte dishes and snacks Great for a quick drink or an evening drink You can also feel safe going alone♪ Food and Contents: We visited just after 7pm and it was bustling The customers were already smiling and had just the right amount of flavor So, we had some draft beer Yakitori Shiitake mushrooms, Shishamo, Wieners, Enoki mushroom rolls, Seseri Buen bonito sashimi shipped directly from Makurazaki, Kagoshima They say it's recommended to eat it half-thawed I didn't know that High in protein and refreshing Easy to eat First time eating it Ufufu Their specialty is apparently fried chicken Oh, it's freshly fried and piping hot It oozes into your mouth Mmm (happy) It has the taste of soy sauce and a hint of garlic It's really good Let's squeeze some lemon on it to change up the flavor and enjoy it♪ What caught my eye was the bonito belly skin Grilled in mirin It's a menu item that you don't see very often It's the medium fatty part of tuna It has just the right amount of fat and is soaked in mirin which is just right See, it goes really well with shochu (happy) It completely changed my image of bonito It was a really wonderful dish It also had a good amount of pistachio in it (happy) French fries are good once in a while We spent a solid 3 hours drinking, eating and talking It was a comfortable atmosphere☆ Yakitori and fried chicken Aji Fuku Thank you for the meal!
