Wouldn't It Be Lovely

Good morning and a very happy Sunday. Today I'm really happy to be sharing a planner page made with the adorable new Lovely collection from Relatively Thoughtful. This really is Lovely - very cute and romantic but not sickly sweet. Whoever said romance was dead was probably looking at me lol.

The collection has lots of lovely pages, with flowers, hearts, couples, and even cats and dogs that get along!

This is the reverse of my page. I've also used some ink, stamps and matching dies from Catherine Pooler which are also for sale in Sally's store.

I do love a matching die set for my stamps! I've just gone up from a 2 to a 2.5 in my reading/cutting out glasses and they make me squint and twitch a bit. I guess I'm a 2.25 really, so I'm sticking with the 2's? So as I was saying, I loves me a matching die set lol.

Who can resist a spotty dog and a pink cat?

And it's so easy to stamp and cut the sentiment.

This could be Neil and I on our wedding day. I had a dark bob, and he had - well he had some hair!

Yeah, if we are saying this I guess the cat and dog are back in the room.

I'll pop back later with links to the collections but here are the Catherine Pooler goodies.

So if you're slightly more romantic than I am (lets face it, who isn't?) this is the perfect collection for all of your Valentine/anniversary makes. Take care and enjoy the rest of your weekend xx

Sparkle in 2026

Good morning and a very happy Sunday. This is my first blog post of 2026, so a very Happy New Year!

I wanted a box to store my Elizabeth Craft card lab cards, but they are impossible to get hold of at the moment, so I decided to make my own, using the beautiful G45 Journalling Through Time collection.

When I say 'make,' I mean upcycle, because life is far too busy at the moment to make a box from scratch, so I altered this one!
So ta-da!! I used the Patterns and Solids for the long sides, and the 8x8 Collection Pack for the short sides and the base. Sally has the full range in the Relatively Thoughtful store and it really is one of my favourite collections.
There's also an ephemera pack, which is where my Time To Sparkle die cut came from. I've tripple embossed it to make it a little more sturdy.
And this is the card that I've made for the box. This time I've used my leftovers (very scrappy bits) from the Season to Celebrate collection. Any normal person would have thrown these away (did I really say that????) but they were perfect for the card.
Yep, a 4x4 scrap makes a perfect pocket.
I love these dies, they are perfect for my 3x4 and 2x2 photos.
I've used one of my favourite 8x8 papers for the base. You only get 2 per pack now as there are some patterns and solids included in the 8x8 collection. So do I ...

a) keep it to look at and stroke occasionally

b) use it up and cry

or

c) head to Sally's store and buy another pack    - yeah right answer!

I'm just waiting for my dowel to arrive, then I have a willing volunteer (not) to create the runners for my box.I would like to make at least one card a fortnight so watch this space.

Here are the links to everything that I've used

Winnie the Pooh Meets G45

Good morning and a very happy Sunday. I hope you've had a lovely Christmas. Today I'm sharing some more pages from my G45 ATC album. This is a real cutie and was such fun to make. The papers are from the Echo Park Winnie the Pooh at Christmas collection. As well as her own designs Sally stocks lots of other collections, and this one is in the sale!!

Please excuse last year's Christmas photos, but I've not had any printed yet for this year (but I may have taken the odd one or two lol.
The atc-sized pages are perfect for my 4x3 photos.
There are 4 signatures in the album, and they have a mixture of flat and pocket pages. They also have these fold-up pocket pages that you can slide an atc/photo into.
These photos were taken for my Christmas album last year. The prompt was 'festive hot drink'. These were drunk in Malaga airport on our way back from our December holiday.
This one was taken in Leeds railway station, on our way back from seeing Santa!
These are some of the inserts that I've made for the pocket pages. These 3x4 cut-apart sheets are such fun.
The tags are also included in the album and would be perfect for some journaling or a 2x2 photo.
The collection can be found here
Take care and enjoy the rest of your weekend xx

Christmas Wishes

Good morning and a very happy Tuesday, only two more big sleeps to go!

Today I'm sharing the last of my Echo Park Winnie the Pooh Christmas cards. This is just one of many collections that Sally has in the store at Relatively Thoughtful.

Again I've used the 12x12 collection, and added a snowy acetate overlay.
And I've gone with one of the 6x4 toppers from a cut-apart sheet.
I've also used the cute chipboard that matches the paper underneath.

I've also decorated a G45 tag with one of the chipboard stickers.
And lots of baker's twine to add more texture.

The collection can be found here

I hope you've enjoyed seeing my Christmas cards.

Take care, enjoy the rest of your day, and try and stay on Santa's nice list x

Say Cheese!

Good morning and a very happy Sunday.

Today I'm sharing a photo wallet made with the fabulous Sam's Seasonal Collection from Relatively Thoughtful.

This is such a beautiful collection, and the bold patterns are perfect for the wallet.
The dies are by CoolKats and they are huge! They need a full sheet of A4.
And this means that the wallet holds full-sized 6x4 photos. These are last year's trip to see Santa, and yes, this years visit is already planned!
This is the back of the wallet. Aren't these papers gorgeous?
I love these poinsettias!
Here's Grandad Neil in his Christmas shirt lol.

We Wish You A Merry Christmas

Good morning and a very happy Saturday, welcome to the weekend!

Today I'm sharing another 8x8 card made with the fabulous Winnie the Pooh Christmas collection from Echo Park, for sale at Relatively Thoughtful.

Once again I've used the papers from the 12x12 collection. These fabulous 6x4 cut-aparts make perfect instant toppers.
I've added a sheet of snowy acetate as an overlay as a finishing touch.
These colours are so lovely, and there's a mixture of patterns and images on the double-sided sheets.
Just a little bit of stitching then they know it's from me lol. These cute images are from the cardstock sticker sheet that I've layered up.
The little bauble and holly elements are stickers too. They add a lovely (and easy) touch.

Merry Christmas from Winnie

Good morning and a very happy Monday. It seems like only yesterday that I was here lol.

Today I'm sharing an 8x8 Christmas card made with the fun Winnie the Pooh Christmas collection by Echo Park, and on sale at Relatively Thoughtful.

I LOVE this collection. I bought it to make a mini album, but it's perfect for those special Christmas cards too.
The 12x12 papers also contain 6x4 cut apart sheets, so that's a ready-made topper. I just added some layering and stitching.
Let's face it, Winnie the Pooh isn't just for children!
This is from the cardstock ephemera pack that I've layered up and very carefully cut out. Yes, apparently I do stick my tongue out when I'm concentrating!
The tree embellishment is from a self-adhesive chipboard sheet and adds a perfect (and quick) finishing touch. The snowflakes underneath are on a sheet of acetate that I've put over the base layers and under the embellishments.

Christmas Feelings

Good morning and a very happy Sunday. I'm really into the Christmas crafting now, and I'm preparing a little G45 ATC album ready for my Christmas photographs.

This is such a cute little album so it needs a cute paper collection. I've used the Winnie the Pooh Christmas collection by Echo Park, and for sale at Relatively Thoughtful.
Sally has got the whole collection in the store. From 12x12 papers, to a 6x6 mega pad, chipboard, stickers, washi tape, and stamps. (Yes this does all live at my house) lol.
It's a fabulous little album - perfect for ATC's, or in my case 3x4 photographs. There's also pocket pages, so extra room for photos.
The image is 3x4, so I can swap this out with a Christmas photo. The image on the inside cover is held on with one of the colourful washi tapes.
I've done the same on the back cover. Isn't it just the cutest!

I'll be back later in the month and show you some of the pages with last year's Christmas photos.

I've used

Graphic 45 ATC album

Winnie the Pooh Mega Pad

Chipboard

Washi Tape

Take care and enjoy the rest of your weekend x
