Dyqani (ose Shitorja[1] [2], nga turqisht: dükkân) [3][4] është emri i ambienteve, zakonisht një objekt, ndërtesë a dhomë e veçantë, ku për qëllime tregtare ofrohen për shitje mallra të ndryshme, tregtore, tregtorja. Dyqanet mund të ndahen sipas disa kritereve, varësisht nga mënyra e furnizimit, shërbimit dhe ofrimit të mallrave. Ekzistojnë lloje të ndryshme të shitoreve të specializuara për shitjen e sendeve të llojeve të ndryshme, siç janë:
Dyqanet më të mëdha që shesin lloje të ndryshme të produkteve, në varësi të strukturës organizative, quhen qendra tregtare, supermarkete, shtëpi të mallrave ose vetëshërbime. Bashkimi i disa shitoreve mund të krijojë një lloj zinxhiri të shitoreve.
