I’m married with two teenage daughters, two cats and an almost full time job. When not working, cooking, cleaning or ironing I love to read. Watching TV is something that I do with my ears more than my eyes, very rarely do I sit and watch a programme without doing something else at the same time. These days I listen to a lot of BBC Radio 4 as well. Oh, and music, lots of music. Mostly these are the things that feature in my journal.

My participation in fandom was limited to reading fic, primarily Buffy/Spike, though I find I’m reading very little these days. My one big fandom love was Buffy the Vampire Slayer though I’m a rather lapsed fan these days, but I’ve never become involved in any other fandom so it remains my one true fandom love (along with quite a bit of love along the way for James Marsters). Luckily writerconuk didn’t hold my lack of fandom participation against me and I’ve attended several wonderful weekends away with LJ friends who have become good RL friends too.
