Features
- 1. "Install Windows UEFI" Disk - GPT partition table, create a partition and format it in FAT32 or exFAT. Watch the video on how to do this. Select the disk number and partition. Drag an ISO image or WIM file onto the program. Using the index, select the required version of Windows. Click "Install". The partition will be formatted in NTFS and the Windows system will be installed on the prepared partition, and the Windows boot loader will be installed on the EFI partition. Enabling the "Deactivate Windows ESP" option - Once installed, bootx64.efi renames it to bootx64.efioff. Made at the request of MacPro 4.1/5.1 owners since installing BOOT/bootx64.efi can damage the firmware. Optionally, you can generate an answer file https://schneegans.de/windows/unattend-generator/ autounattend.xml and save it in the Backup folder, which is located on the desktop by default, but you can choose another folder. When the program installs Windows, it will rename the file to unattend.xml and copy it to the root of the NTFS volume.
- 2. "Install Windows legacy boot" Disk - GPT partition table, create a partition and format it in FAT32 or exFAT. Select the disk number and partition. Drag an ISO image or WIM file onto the program. Using the index, select the required version of Windows. Click "Install". The program converts the partition scheme from GPT to a hybrid GPT+MBR and makes the prepared partition active. The partition will be formatted in NTFS and the Windows system and bootloader will be installed on the prepared partition. Condition: The disk must be able to be turned off, that is, it must not be a system disk. If you are installing Windows on a Mac OS drive, you will need to temporarily install Mac OS on the external drive and install from there. Compatibility Mac OS X 10.13 - Mac OS X 12. For later Mac OS systems, a folder with the bootloader is created on the desktop. The contents of the folder must be copied to the root of the Windows partition yourself. This can be done, for example, using the free program "Hasleo NTFS for Mac". https://www.easyuefi.com/ntfs-for-mac/ntfs-for-mac.html
- 3. "Install Windows legacy boot" Disk - MBR partition table, create partition and format exFAT. Select the disk number and partition. Drag an ISO image or WIM file onto the program. Using the index, select the required version of Windows. Click "Install". The partition will be formatted in NTFS and the Windows system and bootloader will be installed on the prepared partition.
- 4. "Windows Backup" Select the disk number and the Windows partition from which you want to create an archive. Click "Backup". A file with a WIM extension will appear in the folder (Desktop/Backup folder by default). Restore the archive through installation. Watch the video on how to do this. If you are transferring Windows to another drive from a backup copy, disconnect all other system drives with Windows before starting it for the first time.
- 5. "Restore EFI bootloader" Select the disk number and partition with the Windows system whose bootloader you want to restore. Click "Restore". This is demonstrated in the training video.
- 6. “WIM <-> ESD” Drag a file with a WIM or ESD extension onto the program window. For example, encoding from WIM to ESD reduces file size by about 15-20% You can restore the system from a file with the ESD extension, but you cannot add archives. You can add archives to a file with the WIM extension.
- 7. "Copy file to an NTFS volume" You can add any file to the root of the NTFS volume, for example, Bootcamp drivers, this allows you not to use a flash drive to transfer drivers. This is also the second way to copy unattend.xml.

I used to install on external drive like in video Windows11 on iMac 12,1 ( Mid 2011 21.5 inch ) , i face the error "igdkmd64.sys and BSOD (blue screen & restart) but this it was because of a wrong driver installed automatically by Microsoft . The app is really nice, thank you.
