I've been using Unicenta flawlessly in several stores in Barcelona for over 2 years now, since version 4.6.3. I'm now installing version 5.2 in a new store. Hugh has always been great and fast at resolving all doubts I've posted the in the forum. It's a really great software, with a lot of room for customization.

The support people need to refresh their memories on what support means; to serve as a foundation for. Let's not even discuss Priority, that doesnt exist either. The support people will make suggestions or point you to similar issues that they find in both theirs and this forum... they will not give you a resolution! The support and development personnel have not and will not vet, verify or validate issues that are brought to their attention. If you have several days or weeks of investigating and troubleshooting to spare, go ahead and install it. Otherwise, don't walk away, run away from Unicenta and everything it represents.
