A Tibetan character is formed by stacking the middle (core) character with lower character stack(s) and upper stack. The tools in this package has been tested to work well in Windows 10 and above. The Java version of this package should work across different systems.
The MS Excel version does not work on Excel operating in MacOS. The Excel version uses Excel macros and VBA codes. One needs to Enable Macro to allow it to work.
The motivation for this project is due to old proprietary Tibetan fonts not displaying properly on different systems. However, with the Tibetan unicode fonts being available and maturing in recent years, it makes documents typed in Tibetan unicode fonts readable on different operating systems.
With the number of core characters, lower stack characters, upper stack characters and symbols in Tibetan language is difficult to be handle with traditional physical keyboard. A screen keyboard will make the creation of Tibetan characters more user friendly.

I find the latest release v5b user friendly. It makes entry faster as I can resize the windows to occupy half of the screen vertically to see the core characters, lower and upper stacks. The other half of the screen, I can see the target document I am working on. This allows me to copy and paste between the two windows easily.
