About as useful and a chocolate tea pot. Literally the ugliest web anything I have ever seen, I almost think the developer / designer (if you can call them that) has designed it so bad as like an inside joke, I am not sure you could make something that ugly by accident it has to be on purpose and dont ask me about the constant nag screens.. Anyway much better alternatives for free or little money out there so I would keep looking if you are looking for a self hosted live chat system..

Excellent program, poor customer service, the author of this cslive makes promises he can not keep, you try to get help or support, or even answers to a question is like pulling teeth, he does not like to respond to emails, and the software does not get updated on a regular basis, so if support is a definite must for you I would suggest looking for a different program
