  • Client used this awful framework for some reason. Horrible experience and developers hated it. Seriously disliked it. Documentation is awful and very spotty and there is no community for it since no one uses it. It calls itself HMVC. It was built with a very delusional concept of how the controller interacts with the view. At this point it's very far behind where the rest of the web is. No module support. My best advice is to avoid tis at all costs unless you have a lot of time to waste and productivity is not important. Or if you want everyone to dislike you. This 'framework' is years behind any modern framework. APF was a total waste of my time when I should have been learning something useful and modern.
  • Awful. The last framework you'd consider. APF is an HMVC framework- the controller is in the view, basically. It's an old and very slow framework and the documentation is abysmal. Unless you speak German. Do yourself a huge favor and do not use this framework. Few people do and there's are good reason why.
