Upon startup xmlstarlet could read
.xmlstarlet.rc file from user's home directory.
This file can contain namespaces prefixes declarations
(which right now can only be defined on
command line with verbose -N option).
xmlstarlet could create a default .xmlstarlet.rc file on first run with most commonly used prefixes such as
xs for XSD
xsl for XSLT
xhtml for XHTML
SOAP-ENV for SOAP
jsp for JSP
f for JSF
h for JSF
a4j for Ajax4JSF
xupdate for xupdate
ui for facelets
xsql for Oracle xsql
