Dojo seems to be too much overhead for this application.
Most browsers can't handle the javascript work required by dojo to parse html of large programs.

I had to turn dojo off when you click "read more...". That is why the tabs disappear. This makes navigation awkward.

However, the reason I used dojo initially was because of the lazy loading. Information is only loaded when tabs are clicked and they are cached by the browser until you leave the page. Therefore, lazy loading saves cpu on the mainframe.

It would be nice to have the lazy loading without the excessive javascript overhead.
