Expanded the newDiffDialog so it can be used for all the options. Separated
parsing the command line from handling the options from the dialog. Made a usage message for command line.

New option for headings for file titles. Other misc patches.

g(debug) enables some tracing output.

Floating tooltips for the toolbar items. That frees the status bar for "4 of 56 diffs" info.

Removed a small amount of dead code.

Patch 1068200 Better subversion support
Subversion also keeps a unmodified copy of the files
around, so if rev is unspecified, or is BASE, diff
against that file instead of running "svn cat -rBASE"
which currently requires network access

Patch 978805 If the supplied string contains the string "$file",
it's treated as a whole command line, where the
following parameters can be used:
$file: the file of your choice
$line: the starting line of the current diff
For example, in the case of NEdit or Emacs you can use
"nc -line $line $file"
and
"emacs +$line $file"
respectively.
