SB's default reference

In SB there is only one file. The doc/ref.txt
The PalmOS resources, the HTML pages and the command-line help files are
created from that document.

1. PalmOS, help-files.
   In the directory palmos/doc/ use the ref2res.bas to create the PalmOS 
   resources.

2. Other formats (html, tex (info), groff (man), sgml).
   In the directory doc/ use the ref2*.bas

3. command-line help files
   In the directory doc/ use the ref2c.bas to create the C source files.
