7zip:
select 20 folders
archive
*creates 1 archive
WinRAR:
select 20 folders
archive
*option to create 1 archive, or 20 archives (one for each folder)
It's pretty much the only reason I still have WinRAR installed. Not something used very commonly I admit, but for those of us who need it, it makes a massive difference compared to doing it one folder at a time.
