The sample code supplied returns the result "Gg Hh Ii Jjj Kkk L M Nn Ooo Pppp Qqq Rr S Tt Uuu Vv W Xx Yy Z". If the replace string is just $0 then the result seems to be correct, the more extra characters in the replace string the more the result is truncated.
