I don't see anything strange in the configuration file. I found regression test sets up gtm port explicitly (value is the default, 6666, though). Could you try to configure your cluster with pgxc_ctl, which is far simpler and you have much less chance to encounter errors? This utility comes with built-in command sequences needed to configure and operate your cluster. Or, could you re-run the same with different log_min_message level?
