I am trying to script the install of phpvirtualbox. Is there a reason that http://sourceforge.net/projects/phpvirtualbox/files/latest/download is pointing to 4.2.8 instead of the newer 4.3.1?

4.2.8 is for Virtualbox 4.2.x Versions.
4.3.1 is for Virtualbox 4.3.x Versions.

So both are essentially the 'latest' which depends on which Virtualbox you are running.
