- Fixed bug for line continuation for forms like:
$ret = $a + $b +
$c + $d *
$e + $f;

- Applied patch to use whole file tokenization to better analyze multi-line statements. Patch courtesy of Marc Alber (http://developer.spikesource.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=761)

- Added an option to run local code coverage using the driver.php.
- Changed writing to php://stdout to just a simple echo statement.
