- Fixed bug for line continuation for forms like:
$ret = $a + $b +
$c + $d *
$e + $f;

- Fix for bug #34. Removing coverage data for unknown extensions.

- Added an option to run local code coverage using the driver.php.
- Changed writing to php://stdout to just a simple echo statement.
