Uploaded version 0.0.2. It resembles what I want it to be a little more, but still is nonfunctional.

Released build 080402. It is pretty useless now... this is just if you want to look at the source and many contribute. For patches, email them to sonpreach@insightbb.com. I hope to get CVS working soon.
