[Matplotlib-users] ticker.FixedLocator bug

matplotlib.ticker:748:

There is a from __future__ import division statement.

Who verifies (or falsifies)?  I checked with values len(locs) = 10,
11, 12, 100, 101, 110, 111, and nbins = 10, and it works (it didn't
before) for me.  I have a proof available.
