matplotlib Code

Standardizing formatting of C/C++ code.

Use the word "snapping" everywhere for consistency. This is the word used in the outward-facing interface all along.

Take stroke width into account when quantizing rectilinear paths. Discovered by Jason Grout in the mailing list thread "Plots shifted up or to the left a pixel or so"

Fix compiler warnings.

Add support for mathtext markers (thanks to tcb for original work)

Fix out-of-memory errors leading to segfaults

Fix theoretical memory leak.

Avoid use of "not found everywhere" uint8_t with npy_uint8, since we do include and rely on Numpy.
