Added the ps temp file ipermissions copy fix (as discussed on the devel list).

fix a bug that _bbox_patch of annotation is not correctly updated

modify axes_grid toolkit examples to use axes_grid1 and axisartist

add axes_size.py in axes_grid

rebase axes_grid using axes_grid1 and axisartist modules

axes_grid toolkit is splitted into two separate modules, axes_grid1 and axisartist.

Don't import pytz unless and until it is needed
