Fix for libpng-1.4 compatibility

Patch by Ian Thomas fixes 2 major cntr.c problems:
Now line contours coincide with filled contour boundaries,
and interior masked regions are handled correctly by contourf.

Fixing the order of transformations; see bug #2896668 on sourceforge.
The master transformation was moved to backend_macosx.py.

textpath.get_glyph_tex tries set the font charmap

Remove conflict markers from last commit.
