pyplot.spy should set current image only if it is making an image

pyplot tracks current image at the figure and axes level;

Fixed boilerplate.py so it doesn't break the ReST docs.

Improved boilerplate.py so that it generates the correct signatures for pyplot functions.

added sf patch 2786759 for fill_betweenx

added marginal density option to hexbin

moved fill_between to axes/pyplot method

Fix some python2.6 -3 warnings. (mainly usage of has_key)

Added Barbs polygon collection (similar to Quiver) for plotting wind barbs. Added corresponding helpers to Axes and pyplot as well. (examples/pylab_examples/barb_demo.py shows it off.)
