Add missing import.

Don't leave colorbar_doc as part of the pyplot namespace.

fix typo in axes_divider.py. use nanmin, nanmax in angle_helper.py (patch by Christoph Gohlke)

moved the mpl example data to sample data and ported over the examples

moved the mpl example data to sample data and ported over the examples

move demo image into axes_grid package so examples will run from anywhere

make all-in-one sample data server class cbook.ViewVCCachedServer so it can be reused by other projects

use proper file handle to the sample data
