matplotlib Code

axes_grid toolkit initial check in

added mpl_toolkits.mplot3d

Restore a stripped-down numerix with a deprecation warning.

Removal of numerix, stage 2.
The only vestiges are a couple method names, and a validator
with a warning to catch numerix keys in matplotlibrc files.
