Add Axes.get_legend_handles_labels method

Make Axes.add_artist etc. return their argument.

Condense argument handling in fill_between, and add masked example

add masked array support to fill_between

Don't raise error in boxplot() when a location has no observations.

Fixes "IndexError: index out of range for array".

Add log scale option to clip non-positive values instead of masking

Updated 'fill' to handle unitized data. Added a unit-test for it.

Fix bug when specifying both scale and label in the axes constructor. Change to use new numpy putmask API.
