Remove references to handle graphics;
it is registered trademark of Mathworks, and the pyplot resemblance
is only superficial.

Fix logo-generation script to have rounded polar bar plots.

Add optional bbox_to_anchor argument for legend class

Removal of numerix, stage 2.
The only vestiges are a couple method names, and a validator
with a warning to catch numerix keys in matplotlibrc files.

Updated to reflect updated unit conversion interface.

Added scatter_hist example
