Make examples match real defaults.

Change mathtext.* rcParams so they accept a string which is a set of
arguments to the FontProperties constructor. This has been added to
both the classic and traits based configuration frameworks.

Expose Unicode font functionality for mathtext through rcParams

Removed mathtext2. Fix horizontal centering in mathtext. Put all
mathtext_examples on one plot.

minor updates to config package

mplconfig was not reading .conf file in mpl-data

minor change to mplconfig module

install matplotlib.conf in mpl-data for config package
