added get_clim to scalar mappable

mathtext2 - added support for complex sub/superscripts (i.e.fractions etc.)

Initial support for complex fractions. Also, rendering is now completely separated from parsing. The sub/superscripts now work better.

moved qApp creation from show() to FigureCanvasQt.__init__()

For qt backends, dont create a QApplication when the backend is
imported. Do it in show().

fixed copyright information

Added matplotlibrc key "mathtext.mathtext2" (removed the key "mathtext2"). Minor changes to __init__.py, mathtex2_demo.py.

Added initial supprort for fractions, (and rendering of lines)

Begun work on mathtext2.py (already a lot down the pipe). Also my first SVN commit, ever, so beware.

Added embedding_in_qt4.py
