mathtext2 - added support for complex sub/superscripts (i.e.fractions etc.)

font_manager.py: added /usr/local/share/fonts to list of X11 font directories

Initial support for complex fractions. Also, rendering is now completely separated from parsing. The sub/superscripts now work better.

moved qApp creation from show() to FigureCanvasQt.__init__()

For qt backends, dont create a QApplication when the backend is
imported. Do it in show().

fixed copyright information

mathtext fonts are now searched in the OS font dir, and in mpl-data dir. env is now not a dict, but a separate class instance.

fix linspace() so that when N==1, an array of shape (1,) is returned

Added matplotlibrc key "mathtext.mathtext2" (removed the key "mathtext2"). Minor changes to __init__.py, mathtex2_demo.py.
