updates for new colorbar

Make colorbar calls compatible with Eric's new colorbar.py

Colorbar calls colorbar_classic if necessary; fixed docstring
problems; made colorbar recalculate if clim is changed.

New version of colorbar, plus small bugfixes.

Bugfix in ScalarFormatter._set_offset(); doc tweak in transforms.py

Made draw_quad_mesh work.

Fixed bug in numarray, Numeric ma support.

Small changes in support of work on new colorbar; contourf kwarg change.

added axisbelow to rc
