applied ted drains qt updates

small typo, used wrong y value

fixed check button to work with len(1) labels

Modified gtk backend to not queue mouse motion events.
I updated the sliders so dragging is on by default now, since all backends should react well with them.

Added a dragging kw option to the slider. All backends work fine except gtk so it is off by default. Gtk seems to queue events which makes the dragging slow.
Also, slider only resets if needed to prevent useless updates.

Added cocoaagg in changelog since I did not for original commit
