Lightweight Java Game Library Code

Moved openal native stub loading to java

Move native stub initialization from extgl into GLContext.java. Makes it much easier to
exlude extensions classes. Furthermore, GLContext.useContext(null) can now be used to
reset the native stubs when no context is current.

Removed obsolete LWJGL_SANITY_CHECK and extgl_error

Split WGL out to extgl_wgl.cpp/h

Cleanup

Added some new extensions

New extensions and static import modifications

Fixed missing/erroneous extension queries.

Split GLX from extgl into separate platform specific extgl_glx

Fixed win32 building
