Merge changes from 1.3.0 release.
Use xmlReadFile() from libxml2 instead of xmlParseFile() (patch #381)
This function is slightly preferred and will allow to discard legacy code when compiling the library for win32 UI.
Remove unused function fmf_read_init().
Fix metadata in AVI files and standardise in other formats (fixes bug #321) (thanks, Stuart).
Must explicitly include glib.h as it is no longer pulled in by libspectrum (fixes bug #362) (Guesser).
Update website for 1.3.0 release.
