[Dev-C++] Compiling the resource files

Hello,

I would like to ask how to add to a project some .rc file.
But just using makefile and gcc and make. Not using the IDE of Dev-C++ or 
any other tool.

So if I have some main.c and menu.rc how can I make an executable file.
