Yes I see what you mean, I think the Microsoft people brought this =
on themselves; people shouldn't have to download 5 megs worth of files =
just to get one 200k file that they really want.

distributed like this as it is under the freedomless Microsoft license. =

I had the same problem for distributing the Win32 API help file, but i =
was encouraged (by a person who got the license to distribute this file) =
to distribute it too, although i did not have its license.=20
