Actually, I NEVER downloaded a full package, just the IDE :)
But if you read again, you'll see that I wrote, that Dev-C++ uses 2.95
*features* and *tools*, by which I meant, that though GCC 3.2 contains
dllwrap, and other things for backward compatibility, those are still
considered outdated, and the new ways of compiling should be used. Even
the latest full package of Dev-C++ still uses dllwrap.
Which is slow and old. :P
