*bug fix for write functions.
*remove CPPL::min and CPPL::max functions, and replace them to std::min or std::max.

the type of Line and line object of dssmatrix were changed to std::vector.

*small modification for small classes.

*return value for resize functions were changed.

diet function was added for dssmatrix.

*row and col functions were added for all d*matrix classes.

*to_dsymatrix etc. were added.

*implicit cast constructors (constructor from dgbmatrix to dgematrix, from zhematrix to zgematrix, and so on) were deleted.
*to_dgematrix and to_zgematrix member functions were added.

*The not-necessary declaration of a constructor for dss from dge was deleted.

*zgsmatrix and zhsmatrix were added.
